TINA SALANDRA, CPA, is Numerical’s Principal, and has over 30 years of experience in tax, accounting, and business services.  Tina has a CPA License (PA) and a Master’s in Taxation from the City University of New York.  Prior to owning Numerical, Tina has held CFO positions in a tech start-up, university, and an international Nonprofit organization.  She has also donated her time as a Board Member of various nonprofit organizations with particular emphasis on: Animal Rights, LGBT Rights, and Environmental concerns. 

LUIS TRONCOSO, EA, Senior tax preparer at Numerical for more than 10 years.  Luis is expert at preparing every type of tax return in our firm.  He also has a high success rate at negotiating with the tax authorities on behalf of our clients.  In addition to his certification as an Enrolled Agent by the IRS, Luis has an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance. 

JOHN ROGERS, CPA, specializes in tax preparation for expatriates, and tax law research.  John is based in Florida.  John has been working with Numerical for the past 4 years.  Prior to joining Numerical, John worked in large CPA firms that specialized in international tax matters.  John is a CPA, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

JOSHUA VALENTIN, Admin/Technology Manager. & Tax Associate with our team for more than 10 years.  Josh manages all the firm’s technology and general administrative essentials. 

He is the best person to contact to get a quick response to basic questions about your tax return, government notices, or to schedule an appointment.  Josh has an Associates degree, Quickbooks Certification, and an H&R Block tax preparation certificate.  Our firm could not operate without him. 

JEAN JEROME, Accountant and Tax Return Review Specialist.  If it’s detailed in scope, Jean is the person you want.  She is our quality assurance person during tax season.  Prior to joining Numerical, Jean has held accounting management positions in various companies, and was a small business owner herself.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

LISA  BIRNBAUM, Office manager, she coordinates communications and operations at our primary office in Florida.  Lisa has a Masters degree in Public Health, and another Masters as Nurse Practitioner.  While spending most of her career in healthcare, Lisa is enjoying a change of professional focus at Numerical. 

GIORGIO MECE, Dott., is our business partner in the Rome, Italy office.  Giorgio has decades of experience with international tax matters, with specific expertise with Italian tax law.   Giorgio is the principal owner of Mece Partners firm.  He possesses a Laurea in Dottorato (a/k/a Ph.D), and served as a Giudice (Judge) on the Italian Tax Court.  Giorgio is an invaluable affiliate for our Expatriate Tax division of Numerical.
